The Terms & Conditions of Keys to Investing are mentioned beneath. With the purchase or use of any of the resources available on the website you accept the following terms.

 

Article 1: These terms are understood under:

1. We/Us: Keys to Investing, Sole Proprietorship (Dutch: “Eenmanszaak”) – KVK Number: 87983885 – Tax Number: NL004516636B42
2. You/Yours: The purchaser of one of the products displayed on keystoinvestingnl.com
3.  Agreement: The agreement you have accepted by purchasing one of the resources on the website.
4. Media: Instagram, Facebook, Website, where you are able to ask all of your questions.

Article 2: What is Keys to Investing?

1. We are a platform which provides content with regards to investing and financial freedom and in no way guarantee or promise anything with regards to the goals you which to achieve.
2. We try to deliver you all the resources you need to understand, start and flourish in your investing journey.
3. We offer the reader insights on current stock market news and the reader will be able to see how we allocate our investments.
4. We offer an E-Book in order to learn people what investing is and help them start their own journey by following ours.
5. We have multiple social media channels through which we communicate useful news, tips & tricks and more content.

Article 3: What do you buy at Keys to Investing?

1. On the Keys to Investing website you can purchase an E-Book which aims to teach you all the knowledge, strategies and resources you need in order to successfully start your investing journey.

Article 4: Payments

1. You can purchase (one of) the E-Book(s) straight through the website (keystoinvestingnl.com). You can pay with ideal, credit card or multiple other payment services.
2. As we are dealing with a digital product with immediate access to all the resources, you do not have the rights to a refund.
3. You can always purchase the E-Book outside of the website through a straight bank transfer, however, the risk and liability lays on your side.
4. We are always in our right to ask you for prove of payment in the form of an E-mail or payment confirmation. The rest of your private information will not be asked for.
5. Further instructions with regards to your purchase are carried out by E-mail

Article 5: Cancellation of payment

1. As we are dealing with a digital product with immediate access to all the resources, you do not have the rights to a refund.
2. However, if you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase/with the product delivered, you can always contact Keys to Investing and we will decide whether you have a valid reason for a refund.

Article 6: Liability

1. Keys to Investing is not liable for possible losses when following my open portfolio. This portfolio is my personal way to financial freedom at this may differ for everyone as mentioned in the disclaimers.
2. It is your own responsibility if you decide to exactly follow this portfolio and all profits and losses are for your own account.
3. Keys to Investing is not liable for possible problems with payments, however, we will try to help you as good as we can.
4. Keys to Investing is not liable for possible problems with your E-mail address and server, however, we will try to help you as good as we can.
5. The information on the website is treated and published carefully, however, it may happen that typo’s will occur. We are not liable for these mistakes. All the information on our website, products and social media pages are with reservation of typo’s.
6. Links within the website or products could be affiliate links where Keys to Investing collects part of the revenue.
7. Keys to Investing is NOT liable for the reader/purchasers not reading the Terms & Conditions. You have had multiple chances to read this document.

Article 7: Reporting problems or complaints

1. Keys to Investing will do their best to insure you that your experience throughout the website and your purchase of the E-Book is satisfying. However, we cannot guarantee everything always goes well. We will do our best to fix our mistakes and count on your acceptance and cooperation.
2. Questions/Problems/Complaints can always be sent to our social media channels or E-mail Addresses.
3. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased from Keys to Investing, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to work on a solution.
4. With a complaint, we will try our best to solve the problem and make you content. If there is no way of doing this, you are in some instances eligible for a refund.
5. As discussed in article 5 (cancellation of payment), we always have the option open for a refund. However, there is no guarantee.

Article 8: Intellectual Property (IP)

1. We, Keys to Investing, are the sole owners and creators of all the text, pictures, video’s and other IP on the website and in the products delivered by us if not otherwise indicated.
2. You are not allowed to share, copy or make public any of the content on the website, the E-Book or any of our other social media channels without personal permission by us.

Article 9: Other

1. These terms are valid for any exchange, purchase or agreement between you and us.
2. Special discounts are only valid for the time period announced for the special discount.
3. We trust our customers to solely use and enjoy our services and not resell or send or products and resources to others who have not paid for these services. Breaching these rules could lead to court cases.
4. All the communication channels linked to Keys to Investing (Blogs, Instagram, Facebook) fall under Dutch law and the breaching of this law can lead to court cases and charges.
5. We constantly try to improve our platforms. These changes can happen at any moment and could be different for everyone.
6. In order to improve our website and service, we collect data. We do this with the use of cookies. This stems back to that fact that we don’t want to know who you are, but we do want to know how you got to our website and what you are doing on our website. This will bring us insights on what we can improve to enhance the user experience. You can read more in our privacy statement.
7. Dutch law is applicable to these terms.
8. In the case that one of our products is deemed invalid, this does not mean that all the products all.
9. We (Keys to Investing) can at all times change the Terms & Conditions and are eligible to do this. If this change relates to the products you have purchased you will be informed.
